Consistently hailed as one of the best beaches in the world, Boracay is among the top island destinations for those who want endless fun under the sun. Some say that the word Boracay came from the local word “borac”, which means white cotton — a description that is apt for the island’s fine, powdery white. You will never run out of things to do while in the island. You can try a myriad of water activities such as helmet diving, snorkeling, windsurfing, kiteboarding, cliff diving and parasailing. Or if you want, you can just simply relax and admire its iconic sunset.
